Pyramids of Park Lane in Dallas, Texas

This Class A office complex boasts a prime location right across the street from NorthPark Center at the northwest corner of Park Lane and Central Expressway.  The Pyramids at Park Lane development was the first new office project to come on-line along the newly renovated expressway and the project's namesake hales from the fritted glass pyramids that landmark the two office buildings.

Each of these two six-story office buildings features a glass pyramid on the east side, facing the highway. The two buildings together total 300,000 square feet of space and share a six-tier structured parking garage. Finely detailed precast panels and aluminum framed windows present an elegant facade.  The structural frames of the office buildings and the garage are cast-in-place concrete. The lobby interiors are finished in wood, stone soliciting a rich and inviting atmosphere.

The Pyramids at Park Lane was completed under a Design-Build agreement for Champion Partners, a well-known and respected developer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
