St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Plano, Texas

This CM-at-Risk contract allowed St. Andrew's Methodist Church to enter the new millennium facing another milestone growth--the construction of a new sanctuary, classroom space, parking and other facilities on property owned by the church across a scenic pond. The entire facility is connected by bridges and allows St. Andrew to reach out even further to people and better serve the community. This new sanctuary and education, music and nursery wing were completed spring 2003. With acoustics to match the Myerson Concert Hall, this is an inspirational addition to the City of Plano, St. Andrew's United Methodist Chruch and their family of Parishioner's.
